I've recently been getting a lot more of these type of errors whilst watching through the Channels app.

HLS process for channel 6 has terminated unsuccessfully with exit code 1: [AVHWDeviceContext @ 00000103e294fe00] cu->cuMemcpy2DAsync(&cpy, hwctx->stream) failed -> CUDA_ERROR_LAUNCH_FAILED: unspecified launch failure

Usually coming out and going back in to the same show/movie continues play, but I've noticed it happening more and more with movies, which usually play without issue.

Running on the latest version via Windows, was happening on prior version too. Any hardware decoding is with a Nvidia Card, though isn't much transcoding taking place. Recently been rebooting the server more recently, and that hasn't made any difference.
