Plex Live TV & DVR Setup

I had ErsatzTV setup and working for a while, but recently the live TV system on my Plex stopped working. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling ErsatzTV, but anytime I get to this step in the process:
I click on CONNECT, then the wheel spins for a bit and disappears and nothing happens, so I am forced to click "Don't see your HDHomeRun device? Enter its network address manually" again, only to repeat the process. When I set it up initially I had no issues setting things up, the HDHomeRun device was detected, but now no matter what I do it isn't detected and I've searched everywhere to find a solution but came up empty.

Is that port the correct port? When initially installed, the port used is 8409, so maybe check that port?

wallsy1703 Port is correct (screenshot just came from the internet), I'm using 8409, and I tried those solutions (and tried repairing my plex install and database as well), but neither solution worked, first one the command didn't change anything and for the second one there was no tv.plex. file to delete

The first link, i ended up using the SQL browser to remove settings, it's also quite handy for having a look around for troubleshooting.... other than giving that a go the only other idea i can think of is have ErsatzTV running with a different IP to what it was running on originally.

I would confirm that you can access the emulated HDHR discover.json from the Plex host. You can do something like curl -s http://insert-etv-host-here:8409/discover.json
