Guide times off

I have created channels just fine but the times in the guide are wrong. THe actual date and time in the code are right but has a -0700 behind both the start time and end time making the guide off by 7 hours. I can not find any options for the channel, schedule or playout that are making that adjustment. Where can I fix this as otherwise it works perfectly?

This was fixed with https://github.com/ErsatzTV/ErsatzTV/pull/1624 - which added an option to use UTC times in XMLTV data. The underlying issue is that the client appears to be ignoring the time zone specifier and interpreting all times as UTC.
