Unable to play some videos

I have a number of videos/channels that just won't play. An example video is;

Running ErsatzTV on Windows Server 2016, with an nVidia P2000 handling the hardware decoding using driver 537.99;

First failure (19:53) was from a Plex library. I thought this could be invalid metadata, as I've been converting videos to h265 to save space.

The second failure (19:56) is from a local library, so unlikely to be caused by my metadata theory.

Both of these videos play fine in VLC, or via Plex, so I don't think they are broken.

@ShaunDarkLord I think this should now be fixed on develop builds. There was a bug in ErsatzTV's image upload feature that would alter the uploaded watermarks and channel logos, making them unusable by ffmpeg, which could prevent the stream from ever starting.

Please download the latest develop build from https://github.com/ErsatzTV/ErsatzTV/releases/tag/develop, re-upload all watermarks and channel logos, and test streaming again.

Haven't gotten it to fail yet. I am getting green bars under some videos.

ShaunDarkLord I have also been seeing this on my NVIDIA system, and it's on my list to check before the next release.

The green line should also be fixed on develop builds now. I noticed it when using an intermittent watermark with NVIDIA accel. It wouldn't happen if ETV optimized out the watermark (intermittent timing wouldn't land on the current video at all).

Green bar has gone, but now the transparent parts of my watermarks are no longer transparent.
