Items from media servers like jellyfin have a unique id. When those items move to the trash in ETV, it's because the media server has reported that the media item with that unique id no longer exists. You will need to empty the trash in ETV to remove these old versions.
Sometimes media servers will re-use the unique id when replacing items, sometimes they will generate a new unique id, but it's unfortunately outside of ETV's control.
