Is there a way to use a Next-Up Bug?

I'm trying to make a private TV Channel for my family but I want an indicator that tells you the next show mid-episode (Also known as a Next-Up Bug) like what CN EMEA does. Any help? By the way, I'm someone from Spain (obviously) so if there's any errors in this discussion, feel free to tell me.

Yes, many people have this working using the Graphics Engine. Some combination of image and text elements (which can read from and display upcoming EPG data) are normally used. There's a pretty active graphics-engine channel in the Discord as well where examples are documented and shared.
