Fallback for when media is unavailable?

Is it possible to set a global fallback on all channels?
I have a "we'll be right back" video for when content is not available.
The reason for content not being available is due to my crude setup.

I'm running a very wonky setup, but it works for what I'm doing. I have ErsatzTV running on my laptop but all the media is stored on my pc. created a network drive so laptop can map a drive letter ( S:\ ) to my pc media folder. Its all working like it should no problems there. But when I turn off the pc I get a screen "Playout item does not exist on disk". I did setup the global fallback filler, but its not playing. even though that file is stored on the laptop.

Am I understanding this wrong or is it not working?

Fallback filler is only used for unscheduled time, either due to large gaps in the schedule items, or gaps that are too small for filler when padding.

With that said, I'll give some thought to customization options for the current generated videos, including the error message that you describe.
