MacOS ffmpeg

Hi Everyone. Im trying to set up ErsatzTV on a Mac. I was able to get ffmpeg 7.1.2 installed but my health check is asking/suggesting me to install 7.1.1 ... I went to the link for the ErsatzTV version of ffmpeg but it doesn't show a version for MacOs, only linux and win versions.

Am I good with 7.1.2 of ffmpeg or do I absolutely have to use the 7.1.1 version, and if so, how would I go about getting the 7.1.1 version for MacOS and get it installed via Homebrew.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

If things appear to work correctly for you, including Video Toolbox acceleration, I think 7.1.2 would be fine. Just don't jump on 8.x until it gets officially added to ETV.

Much appreciated! I haven't tested or set up anything further than trying to get your recommended ffmpeg settings setup. I'll definitely stay away from 8.0 until the release notes from you.
