Maximum duration playing a channel

Is there a timeout while playing a channel?

I'm using Ubuntu running MPV player to show a channel. It runs continuously for 1 day, 5 hours and 2 minutes before quitting. The channel runs a very simple dynamic tv show schedule using Flood.

Ersatztv displays the standard "Information, Terminating HLS session for channel 2"

I intend to test other players, but wanted to know if Ersatztv would keep playing if a media player stayed connected.

ETV only "terminates" channels when the client stops requesting playback, so it doesn't continue transcoding for no reason. If the client continues to request playback, ETV will play forever.
