Channels that Just Won't Play

I have a couple of channels that no matter what won't play (default FFmpeg 1080 settings - except nvenc encoding turned on - though on or off, they don't play). The channels have the same settings as other - playlists made of TV and/or movies, and no matter what just time/error out. Is there something obvious (or not so obvious) that I should be looking for?

Can you be more specific? What error is displayed? Is there a corresponding error in the log file? You can edit filenames for privacy before posting if you use local libraries.

Sorry - not being intentionally vague. The actual error that pops up on the channels that won't play (there were three of them) is the same: Playback error. Could not tune channel. Please check your tuner or antenna
I wasn't able to find a related error in the log files for ErsatzTV or Plex, though I may not have been looking for the right thing

catfishman Please find and post (here, or in a private discussion available on my profile) an ETV log file from a day that contains a streaming attempt. Log files are in the ETV config folder / logs subfolder. On linux, the config folder is ~/.local/share/ersatztv. On Windows the tray icon has a shortcut to open the logs folder.

jason Hey, so I did a reinstall of ErsatzTV and built up a list of playouts/channels, testing each until I ran into the error again - then I went and checked the log - I think the issue is mentioned here in this part ("Trek TV" failed to play like the previous channels did):
