Trouble with QSV, although it works with Jellyfin.

I have a note in the settings saying that HWA is not working. The note:

No compatible hardware acceleration kinds are supported by ffmpeg

Is there a fix for this please?

Please paste your full ETV version, found below the left menu.

I will take a guess based on your description that this is linux and not docker, which means it is using your system's ffmpeg which may not have hardware acceleration support. I have it installed on a ubuntu server machine, running casaos which I believe is classed as a Docker front end.

I am running a HP Elite Desk with a i5 8500 inside, so I believe that intel qucik sync should work?

Cannot install the zip I believe in docker?

All docker images come bundled with FFmpeg. For Intel, you would want to use the docker tag latest-vaapi instead of just latest as described here https://ersatztv.org/docs/user-guide/install/#docker-images
